I have been experiencing some back problems of late and had to visit a physio. The physio approved the yoga instruction that had been provided by Clodagh in an earlier consultation and agreed like Clodagh that yoga/pilates would be very beneficial to me. We discussed this along with introducing more walking to my exercise plan. Clodagh included these points in my recommendations which I appreciated.
Again, I appreciated the fact that the plan and discussion was all centered around my needs and Clodagh listened to my needs and addressed them. I don’t have a scientific background, it was great that the explanations provided in the consultation and follow up material explained the plan I am on and the rationale behind the eating of certain foods. Clodagh continued to give me encouragement to get back on track and I really appreciated this.
I don’t have a scientific background, it was great that the explanations provided in the consultation and follow up material explained the plan I am on and the rationale behind the eating of certain foods. This is so important to understand why I am eating what I am eating and will benefit me with continuing with this lifestyle change into the future. Clodagh provided the additional recipes I had requested for spring/summer time. I really appreciate this and have enjoyed trying all the recipes to date.
I like that I was providing me with a sample of the recommended new supplements to try before I commit and purchase them. I would highly recommend Clodagh Dunne Nutrition she has changed my life.

I loved working with Clodagh Dunne Nutrition in combination with the Zest4Life programme. Clodagh’s expert knowledge and approachable personality in addition to the structured approach of the program meant I had clear, achievable goals and this provided me with the necessary motivation to succeed.
